Kyle strives to leave a lasting positive impression on everyone he meets, and he believes that people are put into your life for a reason. Kyle is motivated by the relationships he looks forward to building. He believes a successful transaction and a successful business are built upon long-lasting quality relationships. He is always working to be better, and his desire to learn the ins and outs of every aspect of the real estate process serves his clients well! He’s always trying to become a better broker, and he’s driven by wanting to help his clients through the exciting and stressful time of buying or selling a home. Even though Kyle’s passion for baseball has had to make room for his love of real estate, baseball is still a big part of his life. Ever since he first picked up a baseball bat, he had known he loved the sport. He originally went to college at Lower Columbia CC in Longview, WA on a baseball scholarship, and transferred to Pacific Lutheran University as a sophomore so he could have the opportunity to pitch at a higher level. Unfortunately, his career ended due to shoulder surgery, and he wasn’t quite sure what he wanted to do with his business degree. But with his longtime passion for real estate and his worth ethic, he soon realized he could build a successful real estate career. Kyle lives in Puyallup, and he’s also the Pitching Coach at Emerald Ridge High School. He was just recently married in Woodinville last July and resides at their home in Pierce County with his wife Jayden, their 2 children Olivia and Carter, and their dog Charlie. When he’s not helping clients or coaching, you can find Kyle in the gym or on the golf course.
